Nest & Found Senior Living Advisors helps families find assisted living, memory care and other senior living options in Los Angeles, the Westside and the South Bay. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.

What I collect

• What you enter in the call-back form on this site: your name, phone number, who needs care, how soon, and anything you choose to write about your situation.
• What you tell me by phone, text or email, which may include your loved one's care needs, health, budget and preferred area.

Please don't put detailed health or medication information in the web form. I will ask about those on the phone.

How I use it

Only to respond to you and to help your family find suitable care: calling or texting you back, building your shortlist, arranging tours and following up after a move.

Who I share it with

• Senior living communities you agree to consider. I share your name, contact details and your loved one's care needs with a community only with your permission, and only so the community can assess and respond.
• Service providers that run this website and my email. Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and delivered to my business inbox. These companies handle the information on my behalf, not for their own marketing.
• When the law requires it. For example, California requires placement agencies to report unlicensed facilities and unsafe conditions to the Department of Social Services.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Because it does not track you across other websites, it does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

Your choices

• Ask me to stop calling, texting or emailing you at any time, by phone, text, email or in writing.
• Ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.

I'll respond to any of these requests promptly.

How I protect it

I keep client information in password-protected accounts and use it only to help your family. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so please share sensitive details by phone rather than through the form.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
